Job Title: Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and enjoyable shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment.
  • Engage with customers and associates in a professional and friendly manner, promoting a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills in shortage reduction and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong posture, and energetic greeting to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, visually monitor the store environment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering productive business relationships.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
