Landscape Architect II

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect II to join our team at Dunaway Associates LLC. As a key member of our landscape architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for a wide range of projects, from public sector initiatives to commercial and mixed-use developments.

With a strong background in landscape architecture and a passion for creating sustainable and functional outdoor spaces, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop landscape architecture plans and exhibits for various projects
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve project goals and promote professional growth
• Assist with plan documentation and fee preparation for proposals
• Prepare necessary deliverables, including plans, graphics, and exhibits for client presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Registered Landscape Architect preferred, but not required
• 3+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
• Strong knowledge of City Ordinances and Planning Processes, Regulatory Reviews, and Industry Standards
• Experience with Autodesk (Civil3D or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Intermediate knowledge of 3D visualization tools and proficient in MS Office
