Accounting Clerk Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at PrideStaff. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate check run process
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Process and monitor payments & the AR system
  • Perform reconciliations and provide resolutions
  • Set up new accounts
Requirements:
  • Must have relevant Accounting experience
  • Must have advanced mathematical skills
  • Able to provide 2 professional references
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
