  • Implement our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, catering to the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.

  • Maintain open communication with families, sharing updates on their children's progress and experiences through various channels.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, cultivating a vibrant environment where education and play coexist harmoniously.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in early childhood education and childcare.
  • High school diploma or GED for assistant teacher roles.
  • For lead teacher positions, an Associate's degree in early childhood education or a CDA is required.
  • Verification of current enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred.

All candidates must comply with applicable background checks and state licensing regulations for this position.
