POSITION SUMMARY:
This role operates on the second shift schedule, which includes weekend and holiday hours. The incumbent will be responsible for the installation and repair of all utility equipment essential for daily operations. This encompasses compressors, fans, pumps, generators, chillers, washers, dryers, plumbing, and other related apparatus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all utility equipment, including inspecting and repairing piping, pumps, air handlers, and compressors.
- Maintain accurate preventative maintenance records.
- Execute tasks to ensure equipment cleanliness, functionality, and safety on an ongoing basis.
- Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for the facilities, including tasks such as repairing and cleaning roofs and gutters, washing walls, and maintaining mechanical rooms.
- Ensure all mandatory maintenance records are kept up to date.
- Manage tool control and maintain logs.
- Process work orders and perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred:
- Experience in maintenance and repair of buildings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Understanding of principles and techniques in skilled trades or mechanical repair.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in maintenance and repair work.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Capability to perform various skilled trades functions and read blueprints.
- Ability to install, maintain, and repair electric motors, generators, and other mechanical equipment.
- Competence in taking accurate measurements and following instructions.
