Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor patients on telemetry, ensuring accurate interpretation and recording of ECG rhythms.
- Report pertinent changes to appropriate personnel, including physicians and nurses.
- Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate, prioritize, and communicate patient, physician, and staff needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate needs to leaders.
- One year of acute care experience preferred.
- Telemetry experience required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Basic clerical, computer data entry, and math skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for HealthCare Providers certification required from American Heart Association.
- Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), preferred.
