This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in ICU nursing
  • Current RN licensure in Michigan
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Ability to float to all critical floors
