Executive Chef

Mission Oak Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food products are delivered to our guests while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement kitchen operations strategies to meet or exceed food quality and speed of service requirements
- Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and daily production
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create a cohesive team within the kitchen and promote a positive work environment
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company standards for food quality and presentation
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven track record of success in kitchen operations, including menu development, food cost control, and labor management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as local health regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
