  • Completing other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proficiency in fine dining service.
  • A strong knowledge of food and beverage, coupled with a passion for continuous learning.
  • The ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • A proven track record of guest satisfaction.
  • A confident and professional appearance that meets grooming standards.
  • A collaborative spirit with an understanding of both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience:
Preferred candidates will have at least two years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.

Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work late nights, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
