Resident Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Concierge to join our team at Menno Haven. As a Resident Concierge, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive and supportive living environment for our residents.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and staff
• Assist with daily tasks and activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents
• Collaborate with the care team to identify and address resident needs and concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and independently

• Day, Evening and Night shifts available
• Weekend/Holiday rotation, required
• Part-time, non-exempt
