Responsibilities

This role will involve providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Care for patients with diverse medical needs, including cardiac, neuro, and oncology cases
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A BS/BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
  • An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
