Restaurant Culinary Specialist

At Kittle's Brick Oven Pub LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. This role involves preparing delicious meals for our customers using high-quality ingredients.

About the Position:

• We offer a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their creativity to prepare food that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and restocking when necessary is also a key part of this role.
• Following all food safety regulations is crucial to ensuring the well-being of our customers and staff.
• Participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures is essential to maintaining a smooth operation.
• Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.

Requirements:

• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification - preferred but not required.
• Able to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• A positive team player attitude is essential for success in this role.
