Position: Educational Psychologist

Overview:

Soliant Education is in search of a committed and proficient Educational Psychologist to become a part of our team for the academic year. This role is a full-time, on-site opportunity dedicated to enhancing the academic, emotional, and social growth of K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' requirements and suitable interventions.
  • Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Offer counseling and support services to students, families, and educational staff.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to foster a nurturing educational atmosphere.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying interventions as needed.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the formulation of comprehensive support strategies for students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Washington.
  • Preferred experience in a school environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role.
  • On-site presence is required.
  • K-12 student caseload.
