Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team at TransForce. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage products to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver food and beverage products to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip safety checks on vehicles and trailers to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Load and unload products from trailers, and transport items into designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery of products with customers and obtain proper signatures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 12+ months commercial driving experience
  • Valid CDL-A
  • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
  • Pass road test
  • Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
