Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Manager Trainee to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month training program that will develop your leadership skills and prepare you for accelerated career growth.
  • Learn operations management, including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management.
  • Contribute to creating life-changing medicines by maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.
  • Travel opportunities will be available through our comprehensive travel package, allowing you to visit BioLife locations across the country and build your network.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain donor satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years).
  • Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program.
  • Ability to frequently lift to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
