Lead Our Bone Marrow Transplant Team

We are seeking an experienced nurse manager to join our team at Methodist Hospital, where you will have the opportunity to lead our Bone Marrow Transplant unit and contribute to the advancement of medical care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical leadership, guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence within the unit.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes, leveraging evidence-based practices and best-in-class techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, addressing the unique needs of patients undergoing bone marrow transplants.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in acute care, with a focus on bone marrow transplants or related specialties.
  • Current RN licensure in Texas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
