We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Valle Verde, a HumanGood community in Santa Barbara. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for ensuring the total nursing needs of our residents are met, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

This is a full-time night shift position, requiring weekend coverage. You will be working closely with our skilled nursing team to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plans of care as needed and supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with care partners and ensuring resident satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current RN license in the state of California (or obtaining within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred
