Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Suburban Inns. This role is responsible for coordinating and directing the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenue and expenses.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial insights to management to inform business decisions.


Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
