Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Procurement to join our Global Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing procurement analytics and insights across multiple categories and business segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage critical thinking, data understanding, and analytics to problem-solve and recommend actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with strategic sourcing to leverage the scale of One Walmart to create and deliver value.
  • Develop and execute procurement analytics and insights across multiple categories and business segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and deliver results.
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve procurement processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in analytics and insights, leading cross-functional teams/projects, market intelligence, supplier intelligence, and related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in data mining tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python, SAS, MS products, etc.) and BI Visualization Tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Category knowledge of services (e.g., FS, CME, Energy, Sustainability, or Compliance).
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment and cross-functional team management.
