Meat Cutter Job Description

The Fresh Market is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for assisting with managing all functions and activities of the Meat/Seafood Department, including managing labor costs and reducing losses. You will also assist with the training and development of all Meat Cutters and Meat/Seafood Clerks, and handle and cut a variety of the department's specialty meats and seafood.

Key Responsibilities:
