As an Aircraft Structures Lead, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of skilled mechanics, overseeing all aspects of aircraft repair and maintenance. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safety and timely delivery of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to a team of mechanics.
  • Develop and implement repair and maintenance plans.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of aircraft maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of related aviation sheet metal experience and/or training.
  • Hold a minimum of an airframe (A) license.
  • May or may not hold a powerplant (P) license.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.
