  • Provide medical care to adult women inmates
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of the patient population
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in the electronic medical record system

**Requirements**

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Current VA license and VA DEA certification
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Experience working in a correctional setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
