Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Promote current charitable promotions to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Support the onboarding process for new department associates, including interviewing, selection, and training.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels to meet projected sales and customer demand.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
