Position Overview:

As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be the upkeep and repair of company equipment. You will also engage in general maintenance tasks, including painting and landscaping. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to acquire new skills and gain insights into various aspects of maintenance and trades.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $25.49 / hour
  • Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time
    • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Skill Level: Intermediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of company assets
  • Respond promptly to requests from internal and external guests
  • Prioritize tasks based on team, guest, and business needs
  • Recommend and implement corrective measures to enhance facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing diverse tasks
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team
  • Mechanical aptitude is advantageous

The anticipated pay range is $25.49. This reflects the range we expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
