Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at BluSky. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in responding to emergency situations and restoring properties to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Water extraction and mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
- Microbial remediation
- Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
- Demolition
- Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
- Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
- All other duties or projects as assigned
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
- 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

Compensation:BluSky offers a competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes: a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability, equipment appropriate to the position (i.e., laptop, smartphone, etc.), and corporate apparel allowance.
