  • Engage business users to assess their information needs.
  • Review the business process and conceptualize the entities that interoperate within the business process.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in data modelling and database design, and proactively recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data modelling, database design, and development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with data modelling tools such as Erwin or ER/Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into data models.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to use existing models, map to data dictionary components, and extend where required.
  • Working experience with Data Mesh is a plus.
  • At least 8 years in software delivery and architecture.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Working with Us:
