We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team in Brentwood, TN. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will play a critical role in the clinical oversight of our homecare clients and patients, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of care to homecare clients and patients
- Lead and develop the skills and competency of homecare caregivers
- Collaborate with the office clinical leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Travel to patient homes for onsite visits to ensure the quality of care
- Active RN license required
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
- Annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- A 401(k) savings plan
