Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis pertinent to personal injury cases.
  • Engage with clients to collect essential case details and assess potential claims.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate with insurance providers and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.
  • Present persuasive arguments in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the litigation journey.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and participate in relevant legal education seminars.

Experience Required in the Following Areas:

  • Premises Liability Cases
  • Statute of Limitations (SOL)
  • Probate Issues
  • Assisting with terms and withdrawal cases
  • Recorded Statements
  • Reviewing Spoliation and Ante Litem Letters

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with knowledge of probate and bankruptcy.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and providing compassionate representation to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
