Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with a focus on functional ability and quality of life.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physical therapy.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric physical therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work with a variety of patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- A competitive salary of $52.00 per hour.
