**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to support students with communication disorders in a school setting.

**About the Role:**

  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Implement treatment plans as directed by supervising therapists.
  • Conduct screenings and assist in the assessment process.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
