Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure efficient operations and high-quality products.
  • Manage inventory levels, minimize loss, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Execute cash management duties, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide feedback and correct problems when identified, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System and staying within company guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
