Paraprofessional Substitute Pool Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Paraprofessional Substitute to join our team at Bonsall Unified School District. As a Paraprofessional Substitute, you will provide support to students and teachers in a variety of settings, including classrooms and special education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with instructional activities and provide individualized support to students
  • Implement behavioral management strategies and provide positive reinforcement
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with students with special needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
