Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet all guests in the lobby, make them feel welcome, and anticipate their needs before they arise.
  • Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage, store and retrieve luggage and other objects, and ensure the lobby and bell closet are clean and presentable.
  • Shuttle Services: Transport guests from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Communication: Communicate special guest requests to the Front Office Manager/Manager on Duty and ensure effective working relationships across all levels of staff, leadership, and vendors.
  • Additional Duties: Assist in loading and unloading baggage from guest vehicles, rent scooters and wheelchairs, manage guest mail, and provide laundry services.

Requirements: Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
