Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

The Preschool Teacher for 3-4 year olds will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the educational curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of preschoolers.
  • Providing age-appropriate instruction and managing daily classroom operations.
  • Ensuring children's hygiene and monitoring their health, behavior, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborating with parents to foster positive learning and socialization experiences.
  • Assisting with meal service and providing necessary feeding support.
  • Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active engagement and nurturing.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, patient, creative, and compassionate team players. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a licensed childcare setting.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of health screenings.
  • A clean background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in childcare.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • High energy and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and parents.
  • A solid understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification for infants and children.
  • Completion of ECD 101.
  • The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
  • Experience in Early Childhood Development.
