Job Title: 4X10 Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

MCI Careers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused 4X10 Call Center Agent to join our team. As a 4X10 Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances
