El Especialista en Comportamiento tiene la responsabilidad de llevar a cabo Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual (TCC) con pacientes dentro de los programas de tratamiento de Rogers Behavioral Health. Los especialistas en comportamiento colaboran con el líder clínico asignado para diseñar e implementar planes de tratamiento específicos de TCC que aborden los síntomas presentados.

Horario: Lunes - Viernes 8am-4:30pm

Funciones y Responsabilidades del Trabajo:

  • Proporcionar servicios terapéuticos, incluyendo grupos, a los pacientes, de acuerdo con los estándares clínicos y bajo la supervisión del líder clínico.
  • Participar en sesiones de supervisión semanales con el líder clínico y mantener una comunicación continua sobre cuestiones clínicas.
  • Asegurar que la documentación de los planes de tratamiento terapéutico, evaluaciones de resultados, información psicosocial y otros datos de atención al paciente se complete en el registro médico.
  • Participar en reuniones del equipo de tratamiento multidisciplinario y ayudar en el desarrollo del tratamiento.
  • Ofrecer apoyo de capacitación a otros miembros del personal menos familiarizados con las intervenciones de tratamiento cognitivo.
  • Documentar los servicios de salud mental de acuerdo con las regulaciones aplicables y las expectativas de los pagadores.
  • Completar toda la capacitación relevante según lo indicado dentro del plazo establecido por la dirección.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.

Demandas Físicas/Mentales:

  • Se requieren fuertes habilidades interpersonales debido a la interacción con pacientes y personal profesional.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y completar tareas dentro de los plazos especificados.
  • Alta competencia en habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • El puesto requiere caminar, sentarse y estar de pie. Se requiere levantar un mínimo de veinte (20) libras. Se necesitan movimientos de alcance, manejo, agarre y destreza manual para operar diversos equipos de oficina.
  • Se requiere capacidad verbal y auditiva para interactuar con pacientes y empleados. Se requiere habilidad numérica para mantener registros y operar una computadora.
  • Capacidad para planificar, controlar y dirigir todos los aspectos de las relaciones laborales. Se requiere tacto para tratar eficazmente con el personal.
  • Capacidad para leer y comunicarse a través de habilidades y capacidades escritas, verbales y auditivas.
  • Capacidad física y mental para realizar las funciones del trabajo, verificado por un examen físico realizado por un médico licenciado, de acuerdo con un examen físico posterior al empleo.

Requisitos de Educación/Capacitación:

  • Se requiere título de licenciatura (servicios humanos, psicología, trabajo social o campo relacionado).
  • Experiencia relevante en Tratamiento Cognitivo-Conductual (TCC) (se prefieren 12 meses). La experiencia relevante puede incluir atención clínica, servicios humanos o equivalente educativo.
  • Para programas residenciales: se debe poseer una licencia de conducir válida y activa y estar en buen estado (preferido para todos los niveles de atención).

Requisitos adicionales para programas de SUD:

  • Se requiere título de licenciatura (servicios humanos, psicología, trabajo social o campo relacionado).
  • Se debe poseer un certificado válido de Abuso de Sustancias (o equivalente estatal).

CERTIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS:

Se proporcionará capacitación formal para lo siguiente:

  • Certificación de RCP de la Asociación Americana del Corazón dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la contratación.
  • Capacitación en Intervención en Crisis No Violenta (NCI) dentro de los 60 días posteriores a la contratación.
  • Capacitación en Instalaciones Residenciales Comunitarias (CBRF) dentro de los 90 días posteriores a la contratación.
  • La capacitación en NCI se proporciona y es obligatoria dentro de los sesenta (60) días posteriores a la fecha de contratación/transferencia. Se requiere recertificación anual.
  • Cumplimiento con el Centro de Atención Residencial (RCC) y la Instalación Residencial Comunitaria (CBRF). Requerido para Residencial, preferido para todos los niveles de atención.
