We are seeking a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) Instructor to join our team at Talent Acquisition Concepts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in General, Physical, and Information Security, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.

The SME Instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and delivering instructional content for web-based and/or instructor-led courses and related training products. Additionally, they will nurture and build strategic client partnerships, providing expert advice on General, Physical, and Information Security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with client program leads, management, and technical staff to design, convert, develop, and deliver training and certification projects, curricula, and products related to General, Physical, and Information Security
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the development, delivery, and maintenance of General, Physical, and Information Security curriculum
  • Assist the client Training Division in course maintenance and instructional support for General Security subject area
  • Serve as course manager for courses/products and instruct, prepare classroom, perform administrative support, manage classes, and student accounts, and perform course maintenance
