Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lawn care, snow removal, and equipment upkeep to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Work Order Management: Complete work orders and communicate status to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Support Services: Assist with moves, changes, and other departmental needs as required.
  • Environmental Safety: Identify and report environmental hazards, and take corrective action to maintain a safe environment.
  • Security: Perform security-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
