Position Title: Relationship Banker
Business Unit: Retail Banking
Reports to: Branch Manager
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized banking services, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote the sales process through greeting clients, identifying their needs, and making recommendations on our products and services.
- Identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporate our digital banking products and services into client interactions.
- Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School or GED
- 0 years of job-related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required
