Position Overview:
The firm is looking for a Corporate Associate to support its Corporate practice group, which provides legal services to both public and private entities across various business issues, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate transactions and M&A. A strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand business concepts are essential.
This role involves the review, drafting, and negotiation of primary and ancillary agreements related to supply, purchase, service, transportation, and other commercial transactions.
