We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Altru Health. As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in North Dakota or compact state agreement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) certification preferred.
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
