  • This is a full-time position with a unique work schedule that includes every other Friday off.
  • As a Cable Assembly Operator, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read wire diagrams, blueprints, and schematics for cable assembly.
  • Assemble wires into cables and harness systems per schematic drawings.
  • Wrap and tie wires at designated points to form harness.
  • Assemble electrical components, systems, and/or subsystems.
  • Use automatic and handheld wire strippers for wire ends.
  • Measure wires and finished cable assemblies for quality.
  • Solder parts or connections between parts.
  • Solder, wrap, and coat wires to ensure proper installation.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to regularly sit, stand, and walk.
  • Must be able to pass a Vision exam to inspect work at a close distance.
  • Must be able to read and understand wire diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Must be able to accurately use measuring tools and do basic math.
  • Must be able to effectively use all tools required for wire harness assembly.
  • Must have keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
