Job Description

This is a key production line leadership position within our manufacturing facility, which produces high-quality food products for our customers. The successful candidate will have experience in running efficiently and safely, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and employee training.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, safety, and quality data in the Production Reporting System (Redzone).
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
