Seton Catholic Schools is a collaborative network of 14 K-8 Catholic schools in the Greater Milwaukee area, working together to strengthen academics, faith formation, and life-long outcomes for all students.

We are seeking a dedicated K4 Teacher to join our team, who is committed to creating a safe, organized, and joyful classroom environment that supports academic and spiritual instruction.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep belief in all children and the mission of Seton Catholic Schools, as well as a strong understanding of age-appropriate instructional best practices and assessment systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to drive academic growth in all students
  • Building relationships and collaborating with school staff to cultivate a strong school culture
  • Participating in school and network professional development to improve teaching practices
  • Receiving coaching from principals and instructional coaches to support professional growth

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Wisconsin DPI teaching license (preferred)
  • Classroom teaching experience (preferred)
