Position Summary:
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of resident living spaces and shared community areas.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18.00

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and communal spaces.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
• Respond promptly to resident and guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Be available to assist during resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.

• No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Effective communication skills in English are essential.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Capable of solving practical problems in varied situations.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor with residents and team members.
