About the Role

The Full-time Residential Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our residential sites. This includes ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, coordinating staff scheduling, and providing active support and direct care to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of site operations and program service delivery, including medication administration and coordination of medical appointments.
  • Coordination of staff scheduling to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Ongoing quality assurance and improvement to ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
  • Providing initial and ongoing training, direct supervision, and coaching of Direct Support Professionals.

Qualifications
  • Driver's license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
  • At least one year of direct care experience working in a licensed setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience using Therap software.
