Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $54,560 - $62,400, based on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our parts storeroom operations, including:

  • Receiving, stocking, and issuing materials as required.
  • Communicating with customers to resolve problems during the receive and issue procedures.
  • Executing cycle counts and physical inventories through internal and external staff.

You will work closely with our maintenance planner scheduler to ensure parts are available for planned work and identify gaps in parts and/or material availability that could impact the business or project schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma; an Associate degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of Best Practices in Parts Storeroom and Inventory Control.
  • Ability to Multitask and Handle Multiple Simultaneous Assignments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to read, understand, and follow documents such as safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and general instructions.
