About the Job

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities. Our unique scheduling model allows you to choose your own shifts and facilities, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing conditions, and reporting concerns to the nursing team.
  • Serve meals to residents and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Communicate with medical staff, residents, and visitors, and provide compassionate care and companionship.
  • Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Appropriate bedside manner.
