Job Title: Underground Construction Supervisor

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Underground Construction Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient project completion
• Lead and maintain a safe working environment for crew members
• Perform and maintain make-ready duties
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor resources
• Verify locates, materials, and billings
• Provide required job reporting and complete as-builts and redlines
• Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel-related initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Out-of-town travel and on-call availability required
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Class A CDL license is a plus
