Equipment Technician

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a local resort in Gatlinburg, TN. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to lift 50lbs, and be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms and public areas, using skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and drywall.">
• Conduct exterior building maintenance repairs, ensuring the property's appearance is maintained.">
• Clean and monitor outdoor common areas to provide an exceptional experience for guests.">
• Maintain pools and hot tubs to meet high standards of quality.">
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks, such as mowing and trimming, to maintain the resort's appearance.">
• Complete preventive maintenance checklists to identify potential issues.">

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience or relevant skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, etc.">

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of approximately $17.00 per hour. Additional benefits include paid holidays and vacations, medical insurance, a 401(k) plan, and referral incentives.
